What’s Next for the Incredible Dash Family??

It’s been awhile since we updated on the personal side of this blog.  We had a fantastic and bittersweet summer in Northern Wisconsin where we spent the summer workamping at one of the top Boy Scout Camps in the USA. We’ll post more about our summer fun soon…

For now we wanted to address the questions we are getting about what we are doing for winter and our future plans.  That’s where this little announcement comes in…

That’s right!  Our family is growing and we are expecting our first little one on the road in March 2017!  It was our plan to continue traveling during pregnancy, and we even had planned where we hoped to deliver our baby…  but as usual, God tends to laugh at our plans!

After my mom passed away, it felt best to stay right where we were in Northern Arizona. Travis headed back to Wisconsin solo to bring Arnold the RV back to us and we began to settle in. We’ve actually moved around a few different RV parks in the surrounding area, and are moving again tomorrow to where we plan to spend the rest of the winter waiting for our newest little babe.

I’ve had quite a bit of medical complications this time so it’s just best and easiest for us to stay in one spot. We are actively researching our summer 2017 options and hope to announce where we will be heading soon. In the mean time we are just enjoying our time together and with Papa, getting lots of homeschool lessons in, and doing more renovations to the RV in preparation for bringing home a baby!

We look forward to sharing more of our winter adventures {and catching up on past adventures} really soon.  Where are you spending this winter 2016, friends?
